Each Piccolo Riccio piece is released in strictly limited, numbered editions. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product, discontinue items without notice, or restrict sales by region. Product descriptions and imagery are provided as accurately as possible, though minor color or detail variations may occur depending on screen settings.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be received and verified before order confirmation. Prices are displayed in EUR or the local currency where applicable and may not include shipping, taxes, duties, or customs charges. These will be clearly outlined at checkout when possible.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via DHL Express, with delivery typically within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping times may vary based on location or customs processing. Once a package has been dispatched, title and risk pass to the customer.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Returned items must remain unworn, with all original tags and packaging — including the Piccolo Riccio keepsake box and its original authenticity seal. Refunds will be issued once the return has been verified and approved.

All content on this website — including imagery, text, design, and product features — is the exclusive property of Piccolo Riccio and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written consent.
8. Authenticity and Security
Every Piccolo Riccio piece includes a numbered label, and each keepsake box is sealed with an aluminium-certified authenticity tag featuring a QR code and unique anti-tamper fingerprint bubble system. These dual markers guarantee the originality of every order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piccolo Riccio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. All products are offered “as is” and without warranty beyond the scope defined by law.
