At Piccolo Riccio, each creation is a quiet remembrance of the golden age of summer — a time of elegance, ease, and lasting beauty. We believe your experience with us should reflect the same qualities. If your purchase is not entirely suited to you, we offer a discreet and considerate return process.

Opening The Box

Each Piccolo Riccio piece arrives in a custom keepsake box — a silent tribute to the season that shaped us — sealed with a unique aluminium label that certifies authenticity. To open the box, gently lift both side flaps; the seal will break cleanly along its designed line, without the need to peel or cut.

For Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase. We kindly ask that the following conditions are met:

• The piece remains in its original, pristine condition — unworn and unwashed
• All original tags, including the QR code label, are attached
• The return is made using both:
  • The original shipping box
  • The Piccolo Riccio keepsake box, bearing its original authenticity seal (even if opened). 

Refunds are issued once all return conditions are fulfilled.

Refunds

Once your return is received and verified, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, including any original shipping costs.

Should a return be required, a prepaid return label will be provided to ensure a seamless and fully traceable process.
